In March of 2020, the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin in partnership with United Way of Marathon County teamed up to establish the COVID-19 Community Response Fund. This fund in total raised and granted out over $632,000 to local nonprofits throughout Marathon County thanks to the generosity of our community. Thanks to recent gifts from the Dudley Foundation and Walter Alexander Foundation, the COVID-19 Community Response Fund remains open and ready to address needs that arise in our community due to the ongoing affects of the pandemic.
