Lunch & Learn Series: Best Practices & Self-Care During Challenging Times
The 2021 Nonprofit Lunch & Learn series, facilitated by Linley Daly, will feature discussion on best-practices and self-care during this time of pandemic and economic challenge. These topics are offered to help nonprofit leaders assess the sector’s current climate and move their organizations forward to serve our community better.
Participants are encouraged to attend or have representation from their organization at all three sessions, which will continue to build on the following themes:
- The 3 Phases of Change Theory, adapted by ThinqShift
- Fundraising during crisis and shifting times
- Strategic planning in a time of constant change
- Self-Care is Crisis Care
