Join us on October 23rd for the Volunteer Management Hybrid Conference: Creating Influence in Your Organization. The B.A. & Esther Greenheck Foundation has invited us to partner with them in bringing this international hybrid conference to our area. The target audience is individuals who work directly in mobilizing their organization’s volunteer efforts (please pass this information to the appropriate individuals). Refreshments and lunch will be provided. Registration is now closed.
What can you expect? Via live-stream, we’ll hear from four speakers about their experiences as leaders and their proven success strategies in volunteer management. After each session, we’ll participate in an in-person discussion and then join a virtual Q&A with the other conference attendees and speakers. It’s like attending a national conference without the travel, all while interacting with your volunteer management peers here in central Wisconsin.
The hybrid conference is produced by AL!VE, VMPC, and Better Impact.

What you’ll take away from the conference:
- Tools to help you demonstrate your worth through clear, achievable strategies.
- Guidance to articulate your vision and build a roadmap for measurable success.
- Building blocks to create a culture of commitment and collaboration within and outside of your organization that reflects positively on your leadership and program goals.
- Powerful insight on how to advocate for resources and support using data and storytelling to illustrate the role volunteers play and the effectiveness of your management.
- Increase your ‘local’ networking circle and boost your confidence as a volunteer engagement professional.
