Calendar of Charitable Events

Our goal in compiling the Charitable Events Register is to provide a calendar that highlights charitable events of nonprofit organizations that occur in, and charitably impact, communities in north central Wisconsin. It helps organizations to determine optimal, productive time frames for scheduling their fundraising events and provides an overview for potential donors and attendees to schedule their social calendars and charitable gift giving.

10:00 am: First Annual Halloween Costume Party presented by the Wausau Conservatory of Music

 The first annual Halloween Costume Party presented by the Wausau Conservatory of Music and TDS Telecom will take place at the Wausau Conservatory of Music on Saturday, October 23 from 10:00am to 2:00pm. This family-friendly event is free and open to all.  Children and parents will be treated to a variety of entertainment, games, and of course, candy!  Dress up the family in costume and trick-or-treat through the Halloween-themed grounds. Families can participate in trick-or-treating, pumpkin decorating, Halloween bingo, Halloween drum circles, costume contests and an instrument petting zoo. Costumes are encouraged and several prizes will be awarded!  RSVPs are encouraged and reserve your pumpkin by commenting on this Facebook post with the number of guests attending.
