Formula & Food Insecurities Fund The Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin (CFONCW) has announced the creation of the Formula and Food Insecurities Fund, a rapid-response effort to ensure local families continue to have access to essential nutrition as federal food-assistance programs face disruption during the government shutdown.
